PHV Ledger helps drivers record income, expenses and mileage. Connections to a bank or earning platform are optional and require the driver's permission.
Depending on the connection selected, we may process an account identifier, driver profile information, transactions, payments, fares, fees, tolls, promotions, timestamps and currency. We never ask for or store a driver's bank or Uber password.
Information is used to prepare items for driver review, prevent duplicates and calculate financial summaries. Imported items are not added to the ledger until the driver accepts them. Data is not sold.
Connection credentials are encrypted on the backend and are never embedded in the mobile application. Uploaded bank statements are stored privately on the PHV Ledger cPanel server, fingerprinted for duplicate protection and never modified by the importer. Drivers can disconnect a provider and request deletion of imported data.
